Please share your final proposal with both us and the client via email. As a reminder, Breef’s 15% fee must be included in the total project cost and should not appear as an additional line item. We also recommend offering a follow-up call to present your proposal and align on next steps.
You can find the client’s email address in the initial introduction email sent by Breef. Please reach out to connect@breef.com if you’re having difficulty finding this information.
If and when the client is ready to move forward, you will be notified by our team or by the client directly. We will follow up with next steps to upload contracts + payments to Breef.
If your agency is selected for a project, you will upload your contract + payment schedule to the Breef Platform — we’ll invoice the client accordingly. Once a payment has been made by the client, funds will be processed to your team, minus Breef’s 15% fee. For more information, please review our Payments FAQs.
